Missing possibility to subscribe to Timesheet Email

Problem

I would like to be able to automate the emailing of timesheets on a schedule. We are using the cloud version of Jira but despite seeing mention of this feature I cannot see anywhere to access it. Is this something that is no longer available or am I missing something?

Solution

Due to GDPR implementations by Atlassian (emails privacy settings), we are no longer available to get emails for many instances (and their number becomes higher and higher).

To make emails work please visit your Atlassian user Account settings page and set your Email visible to Anyone in the very bottom of Profile and Visibility tab, so that app can access your email.
