Plugin Subscription suspended

Recently our company updated Jira products to latest server versions. during this process we purchased also renewal license for Timesheet Reports & Gadgets. After installing the plugin, we get message Incompatible license, License status:
License is for an older version and maintenance has expired.
How to proceed?

Unfortunately, the License that you have renewed Subscription is indeed no longer available, please open a ticket with Atlassian Sales on this link , to ask for refunds, since it’s Atlassian that handles with plugin licensing.
