Plugin Subscription suspended
Recently our company updated Jira products to latest server versions. during this process we purchased also renewal license for Timesheet Reports & Gadgets. After installing the plugin, we get message Incompatible license, License status:
License is for an older version and maintenance has expired.

Unfortunately, the License that you have renewed Subscription is indeed no longer available, please open a ticket with Atlassian Sales on this link https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing , to ask for refunds, since it’s Atlassian that handles with plugin licensing.
Refer to this KB Need to change invalid license or refund for more information on invalid licenses.
After the refund, you can purchase a new license for Timesheet Reports and Gadgets on https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/294/timesheet-reports-gadgets?hosting=cloud&tab=pricing.
