Some users are reporting their timesheets are timing out & erroring when loading them

 Problem

Prime Timesheet reports on Jira Cloud are causing loading timeouts and overall slowness on performance, what is causing this?

 Solution

This is a known issue happening on Atlassian’s side that is preventing REST API requests from loading, and since Prime Timesheet plugins utilizes REST API from Jira to work, this is impacting directly on the performance for the plugins.
