It’s possible to add Time Tracking field in issue Configure screen accessible using three dots icon on top right corner of issue view, and then if you click it (Time Tracking field), you can specify Time remaining to set Estimate.

Note, the field is displayed only in case of Jira Provided Time Tracking provider set in Jira Settings Time Tracking.
