Time Entry update

It is now possible to save all unsaved worklogs in single click in Time Entry. New total row was added with appropriate button. Save button in Suggested Total saves all suggested entries.

Please note, Suggested and Unsaved totals visible in case of suggested or/and unsaved entries in table. All such entries have gray color text, saved worklogs are black. Suggested entries have Save and Log Work buttons, Unsaved have Start/Pause, Save, Log Work, Delete buttons. Save button saves worklog with current data. Log Work button opens worklog dialog with current data to adjast it manually and save.
