Highlight Background in Pivot Reports

Pivot by User, Status, Label and Resolution Time and Time in Status reports now have background highlighted if https://primetimesheet.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/KB/blog/2019/07/12/737181697 config is set.

A higher value is highlighted with more solid background, and same blue color, disregarding colors selected in the config.
