Before today some emails subscriptions can not be delivered to users because of errors. E.g. group was permanently deleted from Jira, but persists in subscription. App started to send emails with such errors. If you started to receive similar emails please update you subscription.

For manager who wants to extend reporting of time logged with Tempo, it is possible to build reports with correct Tempo data now.

To integrate apps please generate API token in Tempo settings.

Insert it into appropriate field in User Preferences Timesheet app.

Use Flexible reports, including filtering Billable hours:

Please note, in case of Tempo token set in config, logging time via Timesheet app does not allow to specify Tempo Worklog Attributes or billable/non-billable hours and Worklog Visibility.

However, since 21st of June, 2022, it is possible to filter and aggregate worklogs by Tempo Work Attributes. Note, work has to be logged in Tempo though.

Additionally, REST api supports billableWorklogs query param and Tempo worklog attributes.

It is now possible to send copy of scheduled email to another users. Just add them to appropriate field.

Please note, user in copy field will receive not exact copy, but get separate report with same parameters but with they own permissions.

Please note also, 'If timesheet is not complete for the period' (Email Reminder (for Timesheet Reports and Gadgets only) ) is applied to user for whom mail is creating at the moment (original or copy user). It is useful for team leader to create 1 reminder to complete hours for all team members.
