Problem

We want to get an overview of all issues of a project in a specific time period no matter if work is logged or not. I thought the option "show empty rows" does exactly this. But when I checked the option the resultset is exactly the same as without the option. I tried it in different ways (with or without a filter, only filter, only project set) but the result was always the same. There are no issues without work logged.

Solution

Problem is likely caused by Worklog Limit setting in Jira Settings - Add-ons - Timesheet Configuration. It makes no empty issues displayed if number of issues is greater than Worklog Limit divided by 10. Please i ncrease Worklog Limit or set it to 0 to disable it.
